Pole Fitness Rhode Island is a boutique Pole Fitness Studio offering instruction in Pole, Chair Dance, and Lollipop Lyra. We specialize in Parties and Performances at our studio, or at your venue with our unique Pop-Up Pole Program. Virtual Classes available.
We are currently offering group and privates classes at our home studio in North Kingstown. Classes are kept small (3-6 students) in order to focus on individual attention and instruction, in a comfortable, personal and FUN atmosphere!!! We can accommodate both small and large groups for parties of up to 25 people.
What is Pole Fitness?
Pole Fitness combines dance, gymnastics, and aerobics into a fun, unique, complete body workout. It combines pper body and core strength, with choreography, spins, grips, and climbs. You will gain flexibility, confidence, strength, while burning calories and
shaping the body you've always wanted!
We offer a variety of classes, from beginner to advanced, and can design a class to fit your specific fitness goals. No experience is necessary.
Meet Your Instructors
Kristin & Nadia met as students in 2009 and wanted to share the benefits of Pole Fitness to South County, and so Pole Fitness RI was born!
Kristin has studied Pole Fitness throughout New England, Florida, and spent 3 years training in OC Pole Fitness in Southern California. where she earned her Certification in Biomechanics for Aerial Fitness Training. She regularly performs in student showcases and at other events across Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
She has competed in the 2015 Pacific Pole Championship and National Pole Championship, 2016 New England Pole Championship Series, 2017 Central Pole Championship, and 2018 Northeast Pole Championship. Kristin strives to share her love of pole with students across South County, and hopes that they will find all the confidence, strength, and sisterhood that sport has to give.
