Pole Fitness

Intro to Pole is for beginners with no previous experience. Emphasis is placed on pole safety, beginner pole movement and floor work, basic choreography, spins, grips, and technique. This class teaches the fundamentals of pole.  

Pole Dance and Chill is for students with pole experience from our beginner class or from another studio. In this class we build upon and refine the fundamentals to learn more spins, floorwork and combos. Instructor approval required.

Lollipop Lyra 

Lollipop Lyra is a super unique apparatus combining a Lyra (aerial hoop) with Pole! This class focuses on aerial hoop shapes, tricks and fluidity in combination with the pole. Some basic pole fitness or aerial experience is required.  Classes by reservation only. Inquire for pricing and more information!


Chair Fit gives your fitness routine a flirtatious style by using the chair as an apparatus. This class consists of a choreographed routine combining chair moves, floor work and creative movement into a fun, intense workout that’s bound to make you sweat and have a blast doing it!  No Experience Necessary!
